Looking to the south-east over Abel Island.
Over 100 homes surround the island. Those located on the East side of the island view the "main" channel of the Mississippi river, while those on the West side of the island have views of Bussey Lake. The airstrip is located in the center of the island and allows easy fly-up access to all homes on Abel Island.
